We personally meet and interview every dentist candidate (in person) so that we can match them to their perfect opportunity. We spend the time it takes to get to know our candidates one-on-one, to understand what their strengths and preferences are. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with our dentists whether they are looking for a position as a dentist or to eventually own a practice.
